All returns must be made within 30 days of the placed order. Please contact Customer Service if you have questions regarding your order.
Any return of merchandise must have a return authorization from Pinpoint. Please contact Customer Service to obtain an RMA Number. Report any damaged merchandise at the time of delivery, so Pinpoint can issue a replacement and file a claim with the freight carrier. Copyright laws do not allow us to accept returns on the following merchandise categories: books, software, cd's, vhs tapes, cassette tapes, or dvd's unless the merchandise arrived damaged or defective.
Jonti-Craft Quick Ship Program.
All orders containing Jonti-Craft furniture will ship within 3 days of the order being processed. Most orders will be delivered via freight, however those items that meet the requirements of UPS or FedEx will ship via those carriers. |
